I typically do lift weights anyway so I'm just wondering if continuing doing so would make the dress either fit better or worse in the arm region. I know you can't spot reduce (unfortunately, haha) so I'm just wondering if lifting weights would be beneficial to me at this point or if it would be working against me (making my arms larger).
