It hurts, for about 24 hrs after surgery, sore for about 3-7 days, depends on the procedure, doctor and how much tissue there was to work with. They don’t shrink unless you lose weight and they get bigger especially if you breast feed.

  2. Meg S says:

well ur put under during the surgery but after it hurts like a mother!!!!! actually, all surgerys hurt, i think its the whole ur body is being cut up by knives thing! lol but seriously, if you get pregnant, ur boobs can only get bigger because they are producing milk, but if u are planning on having kids, do it before a boob augmentation or any breast surgery because you might not be able to breast feed after the surgery!

  3. Terri says:

When they are doing it, you are unconscious, therefore no pain.

After my breast reduction surgery I woke up with NO pain, only discomfort.

And after pregnancy it really varies from woman to woman. Some shrink, some stay the same, some get LARGER, some get droopier, etc.
